The registration
fee includes:

The student fee
entitles the delegate to all the items covered by the standard delegate
fee, as listed above. A letter must accompany applications from the
applicant's university confirming his or her student's status. Students
are defined as participants, who are full time students (undergraduate).
The accompanying persons fee includes:

Payment
The total amount due, as calculated on the registration form, must be
transferred, paid by cheque or by credit card, when the registration
form is mailed. The registration of application will only be accepted
when full payment has been received.
Registration
Cancellation
For written cancellation of registration received by March 31st 2008:
the total amount will be refunded except the administration charges of
Euro 50. Between April 1st and May 15th 2008: 50% cancellation fees will
apply plus the administration fee. After May 16th 2008: no refund will
be made. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
Certificate
of attendance
A certificate of attendance will automatically be given to all registered
participants.
Registration
desk
The registration desk and congress secretariat will be located in the
entrance of the Grecotel Creta Palace Hotel and will be open from 26th
June 2008 at 09.00 a.m. After this, the desk will be open during the
congress hours. Conference documents, tickets and other material will
be issued to the delegates upon presentation of the registration confirmation
papers.
Exhibition
An exhibition of implant systems and materials, surgical and prosthetic
instruments, diagnostic tools, medication and literature gives the participants
to the congress the opportunity to get in touch with the latest developments.
The sponsoring by the industry contributes to the success of the congress.

Currency
The official congress currency is Euro and all congress payments must
be made in Euro. Foreign currencies and travelers cheques can be exchanged
at all banks and the hotel. Credit Cards are widely accepted in hotels,
restaurants and shops.
Invitation
letter
Those delegates who might need an Invitation Letter which will enable
them to obtain visa, are kindly requested to write to the Congress Secretariat.
This letter serves only as a facility for obtaining visa and/or permission
to attend the congress and do not indicate obligation to cover fees or
expenses.
